Product video requirements for Uzum, Wildberries and Ozon (2026)

GuideUpdated:

Short answer: Uzum Market takes vertical 3:4 video (from 1080×1440, MP4 up to 10 MB, no background music); Wildberries takes MP4 or MOV up to 3 minutes and 50 MB; Ozon takes MP4 or MOV from 8 seconds to 5 minutes and up to 100 MB. Below are each marketplace's full requirements from its official rules as of October 2026, and what a clip must not show.

Marketplace rules change; check your seller account before uploading. We update this article when they do.

Uzum Market

From the official seller manual:

Setting Requirement
File format MP4
Orientation and ratio Vertical, 3:4
Resolution At least 1080×1440
Size Up to 10 MB
Sound No background music (since 19.08.2026); original sound or silent video is fine
Length and number Not stated in the manual

The same content rules apply to video as to photos. Misleading AI images are banned outright: the product in the clip must look like the real one.

Practical tip. 10 MB at 1080×1440 is tight: a 15-second clip has to be compressed to about 5 Mbit/s. Export in H.264 and check the file size before uploading.

Wildberries

From the WB Partners help pages:

Setting Requirement
Number 1 video per card (plus up to 30 photos)
Format MP4 or MOV
Frame size Width and height 720 to 1920 pixels
Length and size Up to 3 minutes, up to 50 MB
Codecs H.264 or MPEG-4 video, AAC or MP3 audio, 25–30 fps
Upload A file or a direct file link; YouTube and folder links are not accepted
Autoplay in card and catalog 3:4, 810×1080

Not allowed in the video: prices, discounts, QR codes, contact details, external links, the words "hit" or "top", calls to action, and offers of rewards for reviews.

If a card has at least two photos, Wildberries builds a simple slideshow video cover from them itself. Upload your own video when it shows more: the product in use, details, the result.

Ozon

Setting Product video Video cover
Format MP4 or MOV —
Frame size 1080–1920 pixels on the long side —
Length 8 seconds to 5 minutes The first 8 seconds autoplay, muted
Size Up to 100 MB via the seller account —
Number — Up to 5 clips

Ozon re-compresses uploads. Video covers are moderated, and watermarks are one reason for rejection. Ozon itself reported (2023) that video covers bring up to 24% more views with promotion switched on.

How to make a product-card video with AI

  1. Start from a real product photo. Generating from scratch almost always distorts shape, colour or labels, which is banned.
  2. Pick a tool for the job. For a series of ads in Uzbek and Russian, DublX (it currently makes 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, so crop for 3:4); for product scenes and motion, Higgsfield's Marketing Studio; for individual scenes, Kling or Google Flow.
  3. Crop to 3:4 for Uzum and Wildberries autoplay. Keep the product centred so cropping doesn't cut it.
  4. Remove background music for Uzum, and make sure no prices or calls to action appear for Wildberries.
  5. Compress the file to the marketplace's limit and check it on a phone before uploading.
